A doula is a labor support provider that accompanies you during active labor to help ensure a safe and satisfying birth experience. As a professional labor support provider, whether your choice is a natural birth or one with medical intervention, my job is to provide comfort, security, and relaxation during your labor process.

Labor Package — $250
- A consultation with you and your partner to discuss birth preferences. Concerns, questions, positions, and comfort measures.
- 24 hour On-Call-Services from 38Th week to the start of labor. - Attendance al labor/birth from as soon as you need me, till 2-3 hours after birth.
- Post Partum massage.
Full Package - $400
- A consultation with you and your partner to discuss birth preferences, - concerns, questions, positions andmeasures.
- 2 Prenatal massages at my office with relaxation technique practice.
- 24 hour On-Call-Services from 38Th week to the start of labor.
- Phone and email support during pregnancy and immediate postpartum.
- Attendance at labor/birth starting from as soon as you need me till 2-3 hours after birth. Short infrequent breaks may be taken if it is a long labor.
-Postpartum meeting approximately 10 days after the birth to discuss the birth, admire the baby, and for you to give feed back on the services provided.
- Infant Massage instruction- I will teach you how to massage your baby.
-Postpartum massage.Additional Prenatal Massages - $50 per session with signed contract.
Fees
My fee for the services described are to be paid as follows:
*$200 as a non-refundable deposit/retainer, due upon signing of a contract.
*The remaining balance shall be due at our first postnatal meeting.
