Doula Services


A doula is a labor support provider that accompanies you during labor to help ensure a safe and satisfying birth experience.  As a professional labor support provider,  whether your choice is a natural birth or one with medical intervention, my job is to provide comfort, security, and relaxation during your labor process.


Those who hire a doula have long-term high level of satisfaction with their birth experiences, feel a sense of accomplishment, control, and an increase in self-esteem. Fathers/ partners also benefit greatly from having a doula present as it will actually improve their enjoyment of the birth experience.With a doula present there is less pressure on the father/partner leaving them free to give their full love and support to the mother.


I utilize a variety of techniques in my work to enhance comfort during labor breathing techniques, body positioning, visualizations, massage, essential oils, Reiki.

Labor packages range in price and services offered. 


All packages include


- A consultation with you and your partner to discuss birth preferences, concerns, questions, positions, and comfort measures.

- 24 hour On-Call-Services from 38Th week to the start of labor.

- Attendance from active labor till birth.


Other packages offered include - prenatal massages, attendance during early labor and infant massage instruction.
